We want you to love your Shelf & Soul purchase. If something isn't right, we're committed to making it right.
Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all hardware included.
How to Request a Return Email us at ajamunni851@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (required for damage claims)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shelf & Soul is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee applies to returns where the item shows handling beyond what is needed for inspection.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order shelves
- Items explicitly marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
