Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide via USPS, DHL Express, and Economy shipping. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

Taxes Prices displayed on our store are exclusive of taxes. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. As of January 1, 2025, the Shop sales channel automatically collects and remits sales tax for orders shipping to or within the United States.
